Everything ATBATS does runs through one program: CLEATS certification. It is how a travel baseball and softball or softball organization proves it carries real insurance, screens its coaches, publishes a refund policy, and answers to someone other than itself.
Families use ATBATS in two ways. You can find a certified program in your state before you commit a dollar, or you can file a complaint when a program takes your money and does not deliver what it promised.
